Lucil Film is a young independent producer and co-producer of feature films, commercials and documentaries for the international market. Working with emerging talents, lucil has a fresher creative drive. Based in Luxembourg, Lucil Film was founded in 2006 by Bernard Michaux. He has studied film production at the University of Television and Film Munich.

In 2007 Lucil Film has been approved for the tax shelter program by the Luxembourg authorities. The company can benefit from the regime of audiovisual investment certificates (CIAV+).

In 2008, Bernard Michaux represented Luxembourg in the Producer on the Move networking programme at the Cannes International Film Festival.

Lucil Film is a member of the Union of Luxembourg Audiovisual Producers (ULPA).
