Dolphin Media Co., Ltd. is one of the largest companies to plan, produce and distribute children's books. The predecessor of Dolphin Media Co., Ltd, the Dolphin Media Cartoon was established in 1999. In December of 2005, the Dolphin Media Cartoon and the Yangtze River Publishing Group formally signed the contract and the new company Dolphin Media was found. In December of 2007, Dolphin Media had increased their investment to 66 million, and in April of 2008 it officially changed its name to Dolphin Media Company Limited.
