Business Scope:  

ERT S.A. (Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation) is a legal entity under private law. It operates as a society anonyme and its registered office is in Athens. It is part of the public sector and is supervised by the Minister of State. As a single entity, ERT S.A. includes ET-1, NET, ERA and ERT-3. However, ET-3 is under special status, it has a separate administrative structure and its head office is in Thessaloniki.

ERT's registered office is at the Broadcasting House at No. 432, Messoghion Avenue, in Aghia Paraskevi. There are also company premises at Messoghion & Katekhaki Avenues as well as in other areas in Athens. It houses its regional television stations in Heraklion in Crete Island and in Patras; moreover, it houses its regional radio stations in 19 other cities in Greece.
