Beijing Mayongmei International Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (BJMICC) was established in 2005. Ms. Ma Yongmei, the Board Chairman, was the 2nd runner-up in the "Miss Intercontinental 2003" and was elected as the World Executive President by WBC in December 2006.

BJMICC formally became the member of World Beauty Congress (WBC) in 2006 and established the World Beauty Congress (WBC) together with other two world major fashion organizations and officially started to promote the world beauty brand created by WBC in China: Beauty of the World.

"Beauty of the World 2007" has landed in Yichang City, Hubei Province, China, and has been supported by the Chinese provincial level Satellite TVs and CCTV.
